By using graphics by Rachel Jefferies, you are agreeing to the terms of use below so please read them fully.

Credit is always appreciated, When doing so please credit Rachel Jefferies, adding The Lilypad or Oscraps as applicable and where permitted. For example:

"product name" by Rachel Jefferies @ The Lilypad

These Graphics are copyrighted to Rachel Jefferies. You may use these graphics for personal use in your own scrapbooking, artistry and other paper crafting projects. You may alter and modify the designs to suit your scrapping sensibilities (resizing, deleting from, adding to, etc) for your own personal scrapbook pages and albums or other paper projects.

You may not offer my designs in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually for either sale or free and you may not alter the originals and claim them as your own.

If you use these graphics or designs in a layout submitted to a magazine or other publication you must give credit to Rachel Jefferies.

If you use these graphics on your PERSONAL website design you MUST have written permission from Rachel Jefferies first.

All graphics and images are copyrighted by Rachel Jefferies with all rights reserved. By purchasing these graphics you are obtaining from Rachel Jefferies a "license to use" these graphics and designs and are agreeing to the terms of this user license. All Rachel Jefferies graphics are copyrighted property and are licensed, not sold to you.

Important - This Licence is non exclusive and non transferable. This means that you cannot transfer or sell your rights under this license agreement to another person or entity. The license is granted specifically to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

To be clear...

YOU MAY:

- You may use these graphics in your personal scrapbook page, artistry and other paper crafting.

- You may submit layouts that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook magazine for publication as long as proper credit is given to Rachel Jefferies.

-You may also print a hardcopy of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking/hybrid projects.

- You may use my template designs and other products for any Creative Team scrapping.

YOU MAY NOT

- You may not use these graphics for any commercial use.

- You may not use these graphics for any Scrap for Hire or Scrap for Others projects.

- You may not claim these graphics as your own.

- You may not alter these graphics and call them your own.

- You may not take any part of these graphics alter it in any way and claim the resulting product is your own

- You may not make any of Rachel Jefferies’s graphics into tubes or brushes for use with Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and redistribute them in any way.

- You may not use these graphics on websites designed to induce sales of "print on demand" products including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items.

- You may not use these graphics to create tangible items for sale anywhere, including but not limited to online shops or sites such as ebay, etsy or any sales in person at local craft fairs etc.

- You may not use them to design website pages or any trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, product packaging or logo.

- You may not offer any of Rachel Jefferies’s graphics on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise. (this applies to freebies as well)

- You may not share these files in any way (this applies to freebies as well). Please direct others to my store or blog if they show interest in my products.

- You may not use these images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose that is prohibited by law.

REMEMBER:

Do not share, resell, redistribute, or pirate these graphics in any way, including but not limited to offering them for download on any online group, files sharing site, or ftp. (this applies to freebies as well).

For DESIGNER RESOURCES:

- These products have a limited license which is non exclusive and non transferable and only applies to Digital Scrapbooking Designers. Any other Commercial Use is strictly forbidden, please contact me directly with any questions.

- Digital Scrapbook Designers may use my resources to create an end design, a derivative digital scrapbook product for sale in his or her shop such as Digital Scrapbook Elements and Papers.

- Your Derivative Digital Scrapbook Element or Paper Pack or Kit should contain no more than 30% of my Designer Resources.

- These products were created for you to include within a themed and cohesive kit or collection. Your end design, a derivative digital scrapbook product should only be sold to your customer for their personal use.

- You may not allow resale or redistribution of the Resources or End Designs by your customers or allow them to be used for any commercial purposes.

- You may not abuse my resources by repackaging them and re-selling packs of them as-is, this is prohibited.

- You may not use my Designer Resources to create freebies or in layered Digital Scrapbook Templates.

- You may not use my Designer Resources to create papers or embellishments or any other items for Paper Scrapbook Lines, these resources are for you to create an end design, a derivative digital scrapbook product for Digital Scrapbook Kits only.

- You may not use my Designer Resources to create items that will be sold with a ‘commercial use’ license - this means you may not use my resources as tools to create other Commercial Use products for resale, this is otherwise known as CU4CU as is prohibited.
